Breeder : P.Sheppard Mountain Grove 1970
Planting period : from November to the end of March
Vigor : average to strong
Blooming period : April half late and abundant
Pollinator : Reine des reinettes, GALA, red delicious, Fuji, Elstar, Granny Smith, Akane, BELCHARD, Melrose, Golden gem, Aldanamensis, Bougène, Cov ( S2S7)
Frution : fast and regular
Harvest : September end, beginning of October
Fruit :
  • Caliber: average to big
  • Shape: round
  • Color : yellow-green becomes golden yellow when mature with a pinkish face sometimes
  • Flesh :fine crunchy and Juicy of a medium firmness
  • Tasting quality: fragrant and balanced ( sweet and a little sour)
Fruit shelf life : 4 to 5 months at 0°C to +2°C
